Sponsoring a Kiddush

Sponsoring a Kiddush

At Bpark, kiddush after the service on a Shabbat is a cherished tradition, bringing together friends, families, and community members to connect and celebrate each week. We take great pride in our well-known and much-loved kiddushim, and we are delighted to offer members the opportunity to sponsor a kiddush in honour of a simcha, milestone, or special occasion (or for no particular reason at all!).

Shabbat Morning Kiddush

Following the Shabbat morning service, you can sponsor a kiddush to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, or other personal or communal milestone. We’re happy to offer joint-sponsorship so that two families or indviduals can sponsor on the same Shabbat, and we will reach out with co-sponsorship options if a kiddush is already arranged for your chosen date.

Kiddush Menu Options

Bpark offers a kiddush menu with a range of options to suit different budgets, tastes and occasions. Download our Kiddush menu here

If you prefer, you are welcome to bring in your own supervised kosher KLBD approved caterer, who will be on site on Shabbat morning with a Shomer, subject to coordination with the shul office.

Youth Shabbat Kiddush

It is also possible to sponsor our Youth Kiddush to mark a birthday or a special occasion. This takes part in the ‘mezz’ area of the shul, after the youth service and provides a way for your teen to celebrate with their friends.  Please contact the office for details.

Mid-week Kiddush Sponsorship

Many members sponsor a small mid-week kiddush featuring biscuits, whisky and wine to celebrate a simcha—such as a Bar Mitzvah boy’s first call-up—or to mark a yahrzeit in remembrance of a loved one.

For all kiddush sponsorship enquiries, please speak to the shul office to discuss your preferences and arrangements.
